The sale of tickets is understood to be made at the registered office of the company, and the fact of purchasing the ticket implies acceptance of these general conditions (without prejudice to others that may apply in the event that the purchase of the ticket is made through another platform and/or payment gateway whose ownership corresponds to another entity other than the company and/or through any other means or mechanism).

2. ACCEPTANCE OF GENERAL CONDITIONS
By purchasing and/or holding the ticket, the user accepts all of these general conditions.

3. ACCESS TO THE SITE

3.1. Access to the venue will be granted upon presentation of the ticket or voucher, which will be scanned for verification. The ticket or voucher may be exchanged for a wristband, card or other mechanism, means or access system. For the delivery of the access system it will be necessary to show, in addition to the ticket, the ID card (or equivalent identification document). Only one access system will be issued per person. In no case will this mechanism be delivered without being placed on the user’s wrist by the organization’s personnel.

Access to the festival will only be granted after reading the ticket or voucher and/or showing the corresponding access system.

In order to access the venue, with the entrance or access system, it will also be necessary to show the ID card (or equivalent identification document). This document must also be shown, if requested, inside the event venue by the organizer or security personnel.

The ticket, voucher and/or access system must be kept in perfect condition, and without any type of deterioration, in order to proceed to access the venue. In addition, if at any time during the duration of the event it is detected that a user does not have the ticket, voucher and/or access system, said user may be required by the security personnel to prove the access system used and, in case of failure to do so, and/or if the access system is not valid and/or correct, he/she may be expelled from the venue.

The access system is personal and non-transferable.

Information will be provided, where appropriate, on the spaces and times to exchange the ticket or voucher for the corresponding access system, through the website, social networks and/or the usual means of communication associated with the event.

Access to the venue will not be allowed after 3:00 AM or after the time determined for each specific event. Once this time is exceeded, no new access will be allowed, and any exit will not admit any return if the same is attempted after the indicated time.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that a cashless payment mechanism is used, whether or not linked to the access system, the access and/or payment system must be retained, as well as all data and information associated therewith, for the purpose of refunding any amounts that may be due.

3.3. Subject to the right of admission, any user will be prevented and denied access to the premises, or expelled from the same, if any of the following circumstances occur:

  • The user has no access system.
  • The access system is incomplete, amended, damaged, deteriorated, broken and/or with signs of forgery.
  • The user manifests an attitude that is violent, annoying or publicly incites hatred, violence, or discrimination on the grounds of birth, race, sex, religion, opinion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other social and/or personal condition or circumstance, and, in particular, the wearer who behaves in an aggressive manner, violent, disruptive and/or causes disturbances outside, at the entrance and/or inside, who carries weapons or objects susceptible of being used as such and who wears clothes, objects and/or symbols that incite to violence or imply apology of activities contrary to the fundamental rights recognized in the law and the Constitution.
  • The user presents symptoms of drunkenness, intoxication (apparent or potential) and/or of being consuming or having consumed drugs and/or narcotic substances.
  • The exercise of the right of admission shall not entail, in any case, the denial of access on the grounds of birth, race, sex, religion, opinion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or any other personal or social circumstance or condition.
  • In the event that it can reasonably be presumed that a situation of risk or danger will be created for the user or other attendees.

  • There is a failure to comply with the demands and requirements relating to access to minors.

3.4. At the entrance to the venue, the public may be subject to and/or be subjected to a search in accordance with the law. The entry of objects that may be considered dangerous by whoever is in charge of access control and security of the event or are prohibited by the regulations in force is not allowed.

For security reasons, motorcycle helmets, suitcases, bags and/or backpacks of large dimensions are not allowed to enter the premises. Other objects that are not allowed to enter the premises, without being exhaustive, are: bottles, cans, laser pointers, professional photographic or video equipment, drones and/or weapons of any kind.

3.5. Access to the premises with food and/or beverages from outside will not be allowed. 4. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

The purchase of a ticket implies acceptance of the following conditions:

4.1. Once the ticket has been purchased, it will only be exchanged or refunded in case of cancellation of the event. In all other cases, no refunds will be accepted (including installment sales).

In case of cancellation, the purchaser may request reimbursement within a period not exceeding 15 calendar days from the date of public communication of the cancellation, in the manner specified. For these purposes, cancellation shall be considered as the suspension of more than half of the program, both before the start of the event, as well as once the event has begun.

In no case will the organization refund the distribution cost that may be applied by the sales channels through which the tickets are marketed, since the organization is not, in any way, the provider of the service through the sales channel, nor the recipient of such amount.

No refunds will be made in the event of cancellation of the event due to bad weather conditions, natural disasters, closure of Spanish airspace or other force majeure or similar reasons.

4.2. The organization reserves the right to alter or modify the program (both its content and its order).

4.3. The organization does not guarantee the authenticity of the ticket if it has not been purchased at the official points of sale. The festival organization assumes no responsibility in case of loss or theft of the ticket. The ticket must be kept by the user until the day of the event. The beneficiary of the ticket or the person in whose name the ticket is personalized, assumes all responsibility in case the ticket is presented in duplicate, photocopied and/or falsified, losing all rights granted to access the event. Only the first ticket presented and its code validated will be valid. Any entry with the same code, which is subsequently submitted, will be totally invalid.

4.4. The resale of tickets is not permitted.

4.5. Possession of the ticket and/or the corresponding access system does not entitle the user, holder and/or third parties to use the ticket and/or its contents for advertising, marketing or promotional purposes (including contests, giveaways and/or sweepstakes).

In the case of events not promoted by the company, the rules established by the promoter/organizer of the corresponding event shall govern, who shall be the sole holder of rights and obligations in relation thereto.

5. MINORS:

5.1. Children under 16 years of age will not be allowed access to the premises, unless accompanied by their fathers, mothers, guardians or legally responsible persons.

The accompanying person or persons accompanying the minor must present, upon entering the premises, as well as at any time they are required to do so inside the premises, ID card and family book or legal document proving the relationship with the minor, and previously fill out the corresponding authorization form.

In the case of foreigners, they must provide the appropriate documents from their country of origin, equivalent to the above.

If the accompanying person is not the father, mother, guardian or legal guardian of the minor, he/she must present an authorization signed by the father, mother, guardian or legal guardian, along with a photocopy of the ID of the father, mother, guardian or legal guardian and family record book.

During their stay in the premises, the parents or legal guardians shall be responsible for any action performed by the minor, as well as for any consequences derived from them. On the other hand, the parent or legal guardian must sign a release document by which he/she is responsible for the minor while he/she is inside the premises.

5.2. In addition to the corresponding documents, the parents or legal guardians, as well as the minor, must have purchased the corresponding ticket and have a valid access system.

Notwithstanding the preceding paragraphs, minors under the age determined for each specific event may access the event/enclosure free of charge.

5.3. Current legislation expressly prohibits the sale of alcohol and tobacco to minors under 18 years of age, so it will not be possible for minors under 18 years of age to purchase alcohol or tobacco. Minors must carry their ID card at all times.

5.4. Failure to comply with the above requirements will be grounds for expulsion from the premises without the right to any refund of the price paid for the ticket.

6. IMAGE:

For the purposes of the provisions of Organic Law 1/1982, of May 5, on civil protection of the right to honor, personal and family privacy and self-image, you are hereby informed that your access to the venue and attendance at the event implies your express consent and authorization for the capture, reproduction, distribution and publication of your image, including for promotional, advertising and/or commercial purposes, and through any media, including electronic media. Participants assign the rights of their own image, derived from their attendance to the event, for the production of audiovisual materials in any type of media (including electronic media) and for their use, exploitation and dissemination by any technical reproduction procedure or system of image and sound exploitation. This assignment is made free of charge and without any time or territorial limitation, in favor of the promoter, and in favor of the media and press authorized for the event.

7. PROHIBITION OF TAKING PHOTOGRAPHS, FILMING AND RECORDING:

All image rights and intellectual and industrial property rights related to the content of the event, as well as to the participants and attendees of the event, are reserved.

It is forbidden to take photographs, as well as filming and/or audiovisual recordings inside the premises, and/or of the content of the event, of the event participants and attendees, unless expressly authorized.

Without prejudice to the foregoing, the exploitation of any possible photography, filming or audiovisual recording of the interior of the venue and/or the content of the event, including that of the participants and attendees, is also prohibited.

8. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

The totality of the content and elements that make up the entry, the access system, as well as any document and/or element prior to the delivery of the above, necessary for its acquisition, and/or associated with them (i.e. both the texts and the graphic elements linked to it -design, source code, trademarks, logos, photographs, buttons, color combinations, and in general any element that constitutes a new intellectual creation- as well as its presentation, structure, arrangement, configuration, and assembly), are exclusively owned by or licensed to the owner, and are protected by the Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, of April 12, 1996, approving the revised text of the Intellectual Property Law.. The above may not be exploited, reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly communicated, transferred or transformed, unless expressly authorized by the owner or owners of the rights. The acquisition and/or possession of the ticket and/or access system does not grant users any prerogative or ownership whatsoever over the intellectual or industrial property rights relating to the elements included therein.
